Volleyball Recap: Narraguagus Knights vs. Ellsworth Eagles        
        
		
             On Monday, Narraguagus faced Ellsworth in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Everything went the Narraguagus Knights' way against the Ellsworth Eagles as the Narraguagus Knights made off with  a  3-0 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Knights.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18,  25-23.
 Narraguagus  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 11  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least 11  aces in 18 consecutive  contests  dating back to last season.
 When it comes to explaining why Ellsworth lost, don't look at  Jordin Mann. Despite the final result, she  had five  digs and ten  assists. Mann is  crushing it when it comes to  assists: she's   posted at least nine every time she's  taken the court this season.
 Narraguagus pushed their record up to 3-1 with that  victory, which was their seventh straight  on the road dating back to last season. As for Ellsworth,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 3-1 record.
 Narraguagus is taking a road trip to  challenge Woodland  at 5:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Ellsworth, they will take on Washington Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Washington Academy will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Ellsworth surely won't give up without a fight.
