Football Recap: Perry Takes a Loss

Perry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 12-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Alva Goldbugs. The Maroons were not able to make up for their loss to the Goldbugs from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Alva, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Perry will face off against Luther at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Alva, they will square off against Woodward at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
