Preview: Shields Panthers vs. Red Level Tigers
After two games on the road, Shields is heading back home. They will take on the Red Level Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Alabama (Shields is ranked 292nd, while Red Level is ranked 302nd).
Last Saturday, Shields came up short against Hillcrest and fell 42-29.
Even though Red Level has not done well against Georgiana recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Red Level came out on top against Georgiana by a score of 56-46.
Shields' loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Red Level, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.
Shields was able to grind out a solid win over Red Level in their previous meeting on Friday, winning 57-48. Will Shields repeat their success, or does Red Level have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
