Softball Recap: Oak Harbor Rockets vs. Rossford Bulldogs

Oak Harbor put the finishing touches on their 16th blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Rossford Bulldogs a 14-0 shutout. Oak Harbor is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 13 straight.

Alyse Sorg made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit over five innings pitched. Sorg has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in 18 consecutive pitching appearances. Sorg was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3.
