Baseball Recap: Bishop Dunne Comes Up Short

Bishop Dunne came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Grace Prep Lions, falling 10-3. The Falcons have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meetings.

Bryce Mills and Sebastian Arellano stepped up to the plate in a big way. Mills went a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI, while Arellano scored a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. That's the most hits Mills has posted since back in April of 2024.

Bishop Dunne's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7-1. As for Grace Prep, their record is now an identical 3-7-1.

While Bishop Dunne had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
