After losing to Thurgood Marshall Academy the last time they met, KIPP College Prep decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Warriors on Thursday.

KIPP College Prep easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-20.

KIPP College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Thurgood Marshall Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Coming up, KIPP College Prep will take on SEED DC at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Thurgood Marshall Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
