Volleyball Recap: Dieterich Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Dieterich was the 2-0 winner over Martinsville when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Movin Maroons fell 2-0 to the Bluestreaks on Thursday. The Movin Maroons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dieterich was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by exactly two points. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23.

Dieterich's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Martinsville, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.

Looking ahead, Dieterich is taking a road trip to square off against North Clay at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Martinsville, they will take on Dugger Union at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
