Football Recap: Mapletown Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Mapletown played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the Jefferson-Morgan Rockets and fell 63-6. The defeat continues a trend for the Maples in their meetings with the Rockets: they've now lost three in a row.

A big part of Jefferson-Morgan's win came down to the chemistry between Triton Farabee and his top target Deakyn Dehoet. Farabee threw for 162 yards and three TDs on perfect 7-for-7 passing while Dehoet gained 135 total yards and three touchdowns. Dehoet didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made two total tackles. Seth Fox made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Mapletown's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Jefferson-Morgan, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
