Baseball Recap: Bethlehem Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

Bethlehem's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Marion County Knights 4-2. The win continues a trend for the Eagles/Banshees in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won three in a row.

Bethlehem pushed their record up to 16-14 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Marion County, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

Coming up, Bethlehem will face off against Bullitt East at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Marion County, they will take on Lincoln County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games the Patriots have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
