Basketball Recap: Devin Gonzalez Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Riverside

Mountain View won the last time they faced Riverside and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lobos took down the Rangers 64-49. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lobos.

Mountain View's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Devin Gonzalez led the charge by shooting 4-for-6 from downtown and almost dropping a double-double with 25 points and nine boards. Gonzalez is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last nine games he's played. Deurice Goss was another key player, dropping a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Mountain View's record is now 19-8. As for Riverside, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.
