Volleyball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

The Central Grizzlies lost 3-0 to the Fresno Warriors on Friday. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Central couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Fresno a tough time in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 30-28, 25-16.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Fresno, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 7-13-1 record.

Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Sunnyside on the 29th. As for Fresno, they will be playing at home against Torres at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
