Basketball Recap: Sacred Heart Takes a Loss

Sacred Heart lost against East Grand Forks back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Sacred Heart Eagles fell to the East Grand Forks Green Wave 75-69. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (62), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Sacred Heart's loss dropped their record down to 16-5. As for East Grand Forks, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart will face off against Ada-Borup/Norman County West at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for East Grand Forks, they will challenge Roseau at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
