Softball Game Preview: Reseda Regents vs. Canoga Park Hunters

Reseda hasn't had much luck against Canoga Park recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Regents will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hunters at 3:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Reseda had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but North Hollywood put an end to it on Monday. The Regents lost 13-0 to the Huskies. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Regents haven't been shut out since back in April.

Meanwhile, Canoga Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against Monroe, falling 20-12. Even if the Hunters couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

Canoga Park's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Reseda, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.
