Basketball Game Preview: Dupree Tigers vs. Bison Cardinals

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Dupree Tigers duke it out with the Bison Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday... One thing working in Dupree's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

While Dupree didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They had just enough and edged Lead-Deadwood out 58-55. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tigers have posted since January 9th.

Meanwhile, Bison might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Jones County an easy 53-27 win. The loss continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Coyotes: they've now lost five in a row.

Bison now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Dupree, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Dupree took their win against Bison in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 57-34. Does Dupree have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bison turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
