Softball Recap: Pasadena Comes Up Short at Home Against Flintridge Prep

Pasadena unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Flintridge Prep Wolves on Thursday, falling 26-4. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 17 in a row.

Sophia Rodriguez- Arechiga was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing four bases.

The victory got Flintridge Prep back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pasadena will head out to challenge Marshall at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Flintridge Prep, they are taking a road trip to face off against La Salle at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
