Volleyball Recap: Howell Victorious

Howell won the last time they faced Middletown South and things went their way on Monday too. The Rebels sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Eagles.

Howell has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Middletown South, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Howell and Middletown South will both be playing Freehold Boro the next time they take the court. The Rebels will head out to face the Colonials on Tuesday, while the Eagles will host them at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
