It's playoff time, and Alexandria-Monroe had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the Blackford Bruins to the tune of 65-8 on Friday. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 games by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Jacklynn Hosier, who almost dropped a double-double with 16 points and nine steals. The match was her 12th in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylan McFall, who posted six points and seven steals.

Alexandria-Monroe smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 16 consecutive contests.

Alexandria-Monroe's victory bumped their record up to 24-1. As for Blackford, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-23.
