Baseball Recap: Bedford Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Bedford's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Huron Chiefs on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Kicking Mules in their meetings with the Chiefs: they've now lost six in a row.

Bedford saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Kuebbeler, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Bedford's defeat dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Huron, they pushed their record up to 23-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

While Bedford had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
