Basketball Game Preview: Kendrick Tigers vs. Logos Knights

Kendrick is 1-9 against Logos since February of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Kendrick Tigers will venture away from home to challenge the Logos Knights at 7:30 p.m. Kendrick will be strutting in after a win while Logos will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Friday, Kendrick slipped by Prairie 61-60.

Meanwhile, Logos ended up a good deal behind Bonners Ferry on Monday and lost 78-60. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked 37th, while the Badgers are ranked third).

Kendrick will have to contain Seamus Wilson as he made an impact in Logos' last game. He went 10 for 16 en route to 31 points along with eight assists and five steals. The match was Wilson's tenth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lucius Comis, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 14 points and eight rebounds.

Kendrick pushed their record up to 7-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.0 points per game. As for Logos, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Kendrick strolled past Logos when the teams last played back in December of 2024 by a score of 66-51. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Wilson, who went 11 for 24 en route to 30 points.
