Gatlinburg-Pittman came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Wartburg Central Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Highlanders considering their two-run performance the game before.

Gatlinburg-Pittman pushed their record up to 9-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Wartburg Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.
