Game recap: Le Roy High School Football Team bests East Rochester-Gananda

LE ROY, N.Y. - Le Roy (N.Y.) grabbed the lead when Peter Privitera ran for a touchdown with 3:00 left in the fourth quarter and held on to defeat East Rochester-Gananda (East Rochester, N.Y.) 21-14 on Saturday. The score was the final lead change in a back-and-forth contest that featured three lead swaps.

The score was knotted at seven heading into the half. The Knights took the lead for good on a Privitera touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

Le Roy went into the matchup giving up only 15.0 points per game.

The loss comes after East Rochester-Gananda defeated Elba/Byron-Bergen 34-6 last week.
