Volleyball Recap: Jenkins Comes Up Short

Jenkins lost against Pike County Central back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Cavaliers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks.

Jenkins has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. As for Pike County Central, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Looking ahead, Jenkins will be playing in front of their home fans against Jackson City at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pike County Central, they will venture away from home to square off against Paintsville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
