Basketball Recap: Worcester Tech Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Eagles on Monday. The Worcester Tech Eagles lost 59-33 to the Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles. Worcester Tech hasn't had much luck with Advanced Math & Science Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last nine times they've met.

Worcester Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Worcester Tech will host Fitchburg at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Blackstone-Millville at 4:30 p.m. Blackstone-Millville will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Advanced Math & Science Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
