Softball Recap: Central Falls Comes Up Short

Central Falls lost against Rogers back in April of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Warriors lost 17-2 to the Vikings. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Central Falls has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Rogers, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Falls will take on Tiverton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rogers, they will host Exeter-West Greenwich at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
