Volleyball Recap: Mcdowell Wins Going Away Against East Burke + How To Watch

While McDowell didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against the East Burke Cavaliers on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

While McDowell might've won, it sure wasn't easy: East Burke scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21, 25-22.

McDowell's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for East Burke, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

McDowell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against South Caldwell on the 9th. As for East Burke, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Chase on the 9th.
