Soccer Game Preview: Kashmere vs. Northside

The Kashmere Fighting Rams will head out to challenge the Northside Panthers at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.

Kashmere can't be too happy about their upcoming road match considering what happened when they opened their season away from home on Saturday. They came up short against North Forest, falling 3-0. Kashmere have struggled against North Forest recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Northside challenged Wheatley on Saturday. The Panthers' defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats an 8-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Reina Mindiola as she scored four goals for her team.

Kashmere might still be hurting after the 4-0 defeat they got from Northside when the teams last played back in February of 2025. Can the Fighting Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
