Rockford East and Boylan Catholic are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2019, but not for long. As for Boylan Catholic, their victory ended an 11-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-23.

Rockford East took their win against Boylan Catholic when the teams last played back in January by a conclusive 71-51. In that game, Rockford East amassed a halftime lead of 45-21, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
