Softball Preview: Owensboro Catholic Aces vs. Henderson County Colonels

The Owensboro Catholic Aces will head out on the road to square off against the Henderson County Colonels at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Monday, Owensboro Catholic earned a 6-1 win over Breckinridge County. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Aces.

Railey Scott spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up eight Ks. Those eight strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
