Estancia hadn't done well against Saddleback recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Eagles blew past the Roadrunners 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Roadrunners on March 12th, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

While Estancia won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-12, 25-23.

The victory made it two in a row for Estancia and bumps their season record up to 2-11. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 1-5 Saddleback and 5-7 Century. As for Saddleback, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
