Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hamilton Township). They really took it to the Whetstone Braves for the full four quarters, racking up a 75-45 win. That's more bragging rights for the Rangers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hamilton Township to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alexis Wooten, who went 8 for 12 en route to 19 points along with six steals and five rebounds. Wooten has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Myke-Kila Dean was another key player, going 8 of 15 on her way to 18 points in addition to six boards and five steals.

Hamilton Township was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Whetstone only racked up eight assists.

When it comes to explaining why Whetstone lost on Thursday, don't look at Caniya Woods. Despite the final result, she went 7 for 11 en route to 15 points and eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Genevieve Golding, who posted 11 points.

The victory got Hamilton Township back to even at 6-6. As for Whetstone, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

Hamilton Township didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-23 win against South on the 15th. As for Whetstone, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 49-48 loss against Columbus International on the 10th.
