Volleyball Recap: Centennial Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Centennial managed to slip by Martin County the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Tigers on Monday.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-14, 25-17.

Despite the loss, Centennial still got an impressive performance from Claritza Lopez, who had 25 digs and two assists.

Shelby Stone had an outrageously good game for Martin County as she had 13 digs and four aces. Stone has been hot recently, having posted 13 or more digs the last three times she's played. Skylar Watley also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Centennial now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Martin County, their record is now 9-6.

Centennial has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against South Fork on the 30th. As for Martin County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Okeechobee on the 30th.
