Fairview is 9-1 against Holly Pond since November of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Fairview Aggies will be taking part in a tournament against the Holly Pond Broncos at 5:00 p.m. Fairview is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Fairview lost 63-40 to Scottsboro on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Aggies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 115th, while the Wildcats are ranked sixth).

Meanwhile, you can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Holly Pond's strategy against Hanceville on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Holly Pond blew Hanceville out of the water with a 60-19 final score. The Broncos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 23 points or more this season.

Holly Pond has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Fairview, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-12.

Fairview didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Holly Pond when the teams last played back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 53-47 win.
