Basketball Recap: Washburn Takes a Loss

Washburn was the 69-45 winner over Buffalo when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Washburn Millers lost to the Buffalo Bison on the road by a 72-58 margin on Tuesday. The Millers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Washburn's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Buffalo, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

While Washburn had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
