Basketball Game Preview: Western Brown Broncos vs. Western Indians

The Western Brown Broncos will square off against the Western Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Last Saturday, Western Brown came up short against Greenup County and fell 58-45. While losing is never fun, the Broncos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 638th in Ohio, while the Musketeers are ranked 202nd in Kentucky).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Western). They walked away with a 70-58 win over Northwest on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Western is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.5 points per game. As for Western Brown, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-9.
