Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Eagle's Landing

Eagle's Landing won the last time they faced Hampton, and Tyson Moore did his part to make sure it happened again. The Eagle's Landing Eagles came out on top against the Hampton Hornets by a score of 51-38 on Tuesday thanks in part to Moore, who went 11 of 13 on his way to 25 points and three steals. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Several Hornets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alando Richards, who posted ten points. Daniel Odula was another key player, putting up seven points.

The win (which was Eagle's Landing's third in a row) raised their record to 9-5. As for Hampton, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-7.

Eagle's Landing didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 52-39 victory against Woodland on the 9th. Hampton has also already played their next game, a 61-46 win against Ola on the 9th.
