Heritage Hills put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand the Southridge Raiders a 7-0 shutout. Give Heritage Hills' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting Southridge from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Cora Lasher led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Heritage Hills' win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Southridge, they moved to 3-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Heritage Hills will face off against Forest Park at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southridge, they will take on Barr-Reeve at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
