Volleyball Game Preview: Waubonsie Valley Warriors vs. Neuqua Valley Wildcats

The Waubonsie Valley Warriors will venture away from home to challenge the Neuqua Valley Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Waubonsie Valley's tournament run continued when they took on Maine East on Friday. The Warriors fell just short of the Blue Demons by a score of 2-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Neuqua Valley came up short against Metea Valley on Thursday and fell 2-0. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost three in a row.

Neuqua Valley was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22.

Neuqua Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Waubonsie Valley, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
