Softball Recap: East Rochester Comes Up Short

East Rochester and Caledonia-Mumford squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but East Rochester had to settle for second. They lost 21-1 to the Raiders. The Bombers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Rochester's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Caledonia-Mumford, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-4.

East Rochester does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Caledonia-Mumford, they will host Byron-Bergen at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bees have averaged an impressive 8.3 runs per game this season.
