Sierra Vista entered their tilt with Azusa on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Aztecs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Sierra Vista had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-10, 25-16, 25-15.

Sierra Vista pushed their record up to 24-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Azusa, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-10.

Looking ahead, Sierra Vista will be playing in front of their home fans against Garey at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Azusa, they are taking a road trip to take on Baldwin Park at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Aztecs are facing the Braves at the right time seeing as the Braves are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
