Softball Recap: South Fulton Comes Up Short

The South Fulton Red Devils came up short against the McKenzie Rebels on Tuesday and fell 5-2. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Fulton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avery Faulkner, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

South Fulton's record now sits at 6-10. As for McKenzie, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Fulton will host Union City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for McKenzie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Rebels surely won't give up without a fight.
