Basketball Recap: Enderlin Comes Up Short

Enderlin lost against Hatton/Northwood back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Enderlin Eagles came up short against the Hatton/Northwood Thunder, falling 62-41. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, Enderlin saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Karson Brash almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Nolan Schlecht, who posted ten points.

Even though they lost, Enderlin smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Enderlin's record now sits at 1-3. As for Hatton/Northwood, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Enderlin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 67-40 loss against Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter on the 3rd. As for Hatton/Northwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 39-36 victory against Richland on the 28th.
