Volleyball Game Preview: Fowler Redcats vs. Yosemite Badgers + Official Tickets

Fowler hasn't had much luck against Yosemite recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Redcats will square off against the Badgers at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Fowler proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Caruthers.

Fowler wouldn't go down easily and took Caruthers into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 20-25, 23-25, 25-20, 15-8.

Meanwhile, Yosemite entered their tilt with Liberty on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hawks.

While Yosemite won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-22, 25-16.

Fowler's record now sits at 17-10-1. As for Yosemite, their record is now 26-10-1.

Fowler might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Yosemite in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Redcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
