Basketball Game Preview: Pioneer Patriots vs. Sacramento Dragons

The Pioneer Patriots will square off against the Sacramento Dragons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pioneer has now lost 11 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 30.

Last Wednesday, Pioneer was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 62-57 to Wood. The Patriots were up 40-25 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

They escaped with a win against the Mustangs by the margin of a single free throw, 74-73. The Dragons haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Pioneer's loss dropped their record down to 6-21. As for Sacramento, their victory bumped their record up to 16-11.
