It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Steele Canyon had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Eastlake Titans by a score of 75-67. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

Steele Canyon pushed their record up to 19-9 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points over those games. As for Eastlake, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.

Looking ahead, Steele Canyon will head out on the road to square off against Mira Mesa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Mira Mesa's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matchups. Eastlake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
