After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dunbar, Ponitz Career Tech was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 16-8 victory over the Thurgood Marshall Cougars. The Golden Panthers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Ponitz Career Tech's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Thurgood Marshall, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
