Volleyball Recap: Hazen Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hazen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cedarcrest Red Wolves. The Highlanders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Wolves earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Despite the loss, Hazen still got an impressive performance from Karamelu Ioane, who had 24 digs and two aces. Ioane is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season. Adrina Daya was another key player, getting four digs and two aces.

Hazen's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Cedarcrest, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-10.

Coming up, Hazen will venture away from home to face off against Redmond at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cedarcrest has already played their next match (against Woodinville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
