Softball Recap: National Cathedral Takes a Loss

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, National Cathedral was a bit more limited in their match on Thursday. They fell just short of Holton-Arms by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to National Cathedral of the 7-5 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

National Cathedral saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caroline Walsh, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

National Cathedral's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Holton-Arms, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
