Volleyball Recap: Belvidere Comes Up Short

Belvidere was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Forest Scouts.

Belvidere may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 11 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11.

Belvidere's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Lake Forest, their victory ended a six-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-10.

Coincidentally, Belvidere and Lake Forest will both be playing Naperville North the next time they take the court. The Scouts will head out to face the Huskies at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bucs will play them later in the day, at 9:30 a.m.
