Baseball Recap: Napoleon Takes a Loss

Napoleon fell victim to Grass Lake and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 7-0 to the Warriors, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Napoleon's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Grass Lake, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.

Looking ahead, Napoleon will be playing in front of their home fans against Dundee at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Grass Lake, they will challenge Hanover-Horton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
