There's no place like home for Midway, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Prairie View Buffalos on Saturday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 11th.

While Midway won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20.

Madi Mcclellan paced Midway's offense, picking up nine kills. Mcclellan got some help from Ella Lyon and her 22 assists. Lyon was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Midway's win bumped their record up to 8-5-2. As for Prairie View, they dropped their record down to 5-13 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Midway will head out to take on Osceola at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Prairie View, they will face off against Osawatomie on Tuesday.
